Shipping was secure and cool even through the heat wave, pigment is beautiful and a little goes a long way, and I love the style of the item, the scent is subtle and adds a nice touch.
Nice lipstick exactly like in picture it’s for a gift so I didn’t try it but it was shipped in a little package so the carton of it is completely destroyed

The lip-gloss is beautiful. The shipping issues I suspect come from the post office rather than a seller issue, which is of course not within the sellers' control. I probably waited longer than I should have to ask about it (I ordered Dec 16th, contacted Jan 8th and the item arrived Jan 13th). The seller was very helpful and made sure I received what I ordered. Maybe the products are too good and the USPS employees are taking them for themselves, lol. It wouldn't surprise me, I love the gloss! I'm so glad I got it and I can't wait to try some of her other products. THANK YOU!

This is an opaque lip gloss, almost more of a gloss and I love it! The packaging is gorgeous and the vanilla is scent is such a nice little bonus. I love adding it to the center of my lips over another color and blending. So pretty!
I did have an issue with delivery (due to the carrier, not the seller) and Crypt Cosmetics' customer service was excellent. Prompt and very on top of finding a resolution.
I will definitely be back for more!

The product is amazing! It feels nice on my lips, and it lasts for a long while. The only complaint that I have was that the box was a little crushed when it came, but the product was undamaged.
The gloss didn't hold up for long wear. I like the packaging.
