Took forever to ship but she says that on her page so I expected it. Customer service was great, I changed my mind on what color I wanted after I ordered and she had no problem changing it for me! The component is really beautiful & the formula is nicely pigmented & not sticky.
Seller decided to take a break after I put in my order, so instead of arriving in a few days, it took a month to arrive. The container looks great but is plastic and I'm afraid the silvery color will chip after a while. The gloss "Nevermore" goes on smooth and it is a rusty red color, which is fantastic for fall. It is not long lasting, comes off easily, doesn't stain lips and is unscented.
