Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 5-7 business days. However, please note that processing time may vary depending on the item(s) ordered and availability.
Shipping Methods
We offer the following shipping methods:
- Standard Shipping: 3-5 business day transit time at $5.99 flat rate.
- Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business day transit time at $10.99 flat rate
- International Shipping (to Canada): 6-10 business day transit time at $26.79 USD
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, customs clearance, and weather conditions. Customers are responsible for any customs fees that may be charged upon package arrival.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
Lost or stolen packages
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages that have confirmed delivery to the address that was provided. Please double check before completing the order that the address is correct
Incorrect shipping address
If your package is returned back to us for an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for the reshipping costs. No refunds will be provided for packages that are incorrectly delivered or that are lost due to the incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
